Happy Holidays
We are having a white Christmas here. I took this picture yesterday standing in my open front door.
I didn’t finish all my holiday knitting in time but that is all right. I will get it done soon and mailed off to my friend and her family who don’t mind at all if gifts do not arrive on time.
I did finish another cowl yesterday but I used a different pattern this time. It is Woodstacking by Anne Hanson and I knit it by double-stranding my Merino/Silk Fingering yarn. This is a new colourway (Pewter) for me that I came up with for my brother who is very picky about what colours he will wear. I haven’t blocked the cowl yet.
I am spending Christmas at my Mom’s place. My brother R. is here too. He arrived on Friday night.
