Calliope Sweater Kit – Faery Looking Glass
This sweater kit contains 2 skeins of Merino Light Fingering and 3 skeins of Mohair/Silk Select Lace in the colourway Faery Looking Glass which is a mix of various of pale shades of silvery-grey, lilac and green.
Calliope is a raglan-style sweater knit in the round from the top down using one strand of Sock yarn and one strand of Mohair/Silk Select Lace held together throughout. This creates a warm but lightweight fabric. The Calliope pattern by Espace Tricot is NOT included in this kit but is available here.
Merino Light Fingering is a 6-ply light fingering weight yarn that contains 100 % superwash merino wool. Each skein is approximately 150 g and 750 m (820 yards). Mohair/Silk Select Lace is a 1-Ply heavy lace-weight yarn that contains 72% kid mohair and 28% silk. Each skein is approximately 50 g and 420 m (460 yards).
